How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Your order should arrive usually 1-2 weeks after processing. Processing time is not included in shipping speed (Actual delivery times can vary based on carrier volume, holidays, and your location).

Please note: Processing and shipping times may be longer during peak holiday seasons.

Can I return or exchange my item?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged. Please ensure you’ve selected the correct case size before placing your order. If your item is damaged upon delivery, contact us within 7 days and we’ll gladly resolve the issue.

Can I cancel or edit my order after placing it?

Orders can’t be changed once production begins, so please double-check your details before checkout. If you need help, email info@shopHEAVENbelow.com as soon as possible.

Will there be new collections available soon?

Yes! New collections are always in the works! Be sure to stay tuned to our social media and sign up for our newsletter to get the latest updates on when new phone cases will drop.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future, so please check back for updates!

How do I care for my phone case?

To keep your phone case looking beautiful, we recommend wiping it down with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, and never expose your case to extreme heat or direct sunlight for long periods.
