How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most Products (U.S. Orders):
Processing: 2–4 business days
Delivery: 3–8 business days after processing
Magnetic Rings & iPad Cases (U.S. Orders):
Processing: 2–4 business days
Delivery: 8–15 business days after processing
Shipping times may be extended during peak seasons.
Can I return or exchange my item?
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted for apparel items only. If you need a different size, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you. Please review sizing carefully before placing your order.
Can I cancel or edit my order after placing it?
Orders can’t be changed once processed, so please double-check your details before checkout. If you need help, email info@shopHEAVENbelow.com as soon as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the United States.
