Most Products (U.S. Orders):

Delivery: 3–8 business days after processing
Magnetic Rings & iPad Cases (U.S. Orders):
Processing: 2–4 business days
Delivery: 8–15 business days after processing
Shipping times may be extended during peak seasons.
Can I return or exchange my item?
We accept returns only for eligible apparel items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you need a different size, please request a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired size.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right at no additional cost.
Can I cancel or edit my order after placing it?
Orders can’t be changed once processed, so please double-check your details before checkout. If you need help, email info@shopHEAVENbelow.com as soon as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the United States.
